PF Chang take two!
Could YOU pick your hubby out of a crowd of 30,000 people? I did this weekend, and it was tough! Adam ran the PF Chang half-marathon and Dallin and I went to cheer him on. Instead of meeting him at the finish line, we chose the 2.6 mile mark to try and find him. It was much easier to park and find a place to watch, it was just tough to try and spot him in the sea of humanity that streamed by for an hour. Both Dallin and I felt dizzy after about 30 minutes of scanning the faces of the runners, luckily Adam spotted US and gave us a big wave!
He ran with some training buddies, Ruth and Chelsey.
I think Adam should have worn a tu-tu too! It would have made it much easier to spot him.
We got to see him and cheer him on for about 5 seconds,
then off he ran to finish the last 10 miles.
He improved his time by 20 minutes AND he is talking about running the full marathon next year! He's really done a great job of sticking with his running and being careful about what he eats and going to the gym. It really paid off!
Adam, you ROCK!

Great job Adam (and Ruth & Chelsey too!) Maybe someday I'll have enough discipline to run a half marathon. It's more likely I'll just apply that discipline to something else. :)
Wow! I am impressed. But I would have been more impressed if he WOULD have worn the tutu!
