Last leg of the trip...

We took the slow road home and stopped often to visit friends and family along the way.

First we headed to Logan to visit the Radford's. We've been friends since before kids and it was so much fun to spend part of a day with them. I'm so sad I didn't get out my camera!! All the kids have grown so much and are such great people to be around. We sure do love you guys!

Then on to Eagle Mountain to hang with my sister and spend the night. I love that she lets us come and stay over whenever we are in the neighborhood. We love to hang with them if just for the evening.

The next morning we headed to Mesquite, NV to visit the Julien's. On the way we stopped to see the St. George temple.

I had never been there and it was so pretty to walk around.

It was a short walk because it was sooooo hot!! After our stay in Wyoming we weren't ready for the heat of Southern Utah.

We made it to Nephi and Melissa's house just as they were getting out of church and enjoyed spending the rest of the day with them.

The kids have grown so much and Brenna is just the cutest little thing ever!

Dallin-9, Gavin-6, Madison-8, Caden-4, Maura-2, Brenna-6mo.

I sure wish they lived next door, but I'm glad I get to visit the Julien Hotel at least once a year!!

It was so much fun to catch up with Melissa. I can't wait until they come to visit us (hint, hint).

We stopped once more in Las Vegas and caught up with a friend and co-worker. Her daughter is a year older than Maura and she had some clothes to give us! I wasn't expecting two big boxes, a large bag and some Elmo toys. Thanks Karina! You're the bomb!

From Vegas it was a straight shot home pausing to see the construction of the new bridge across the Hoover dam. I'll be happy when it's done and I don't have to deal with the dam traffic (hee hee).

It was so nice to be on vacation, but felt good to be home.

We missed Adam and our beds and our house. It's been almost a week since we've been home and life is back to normal (well, as normal as it ever gets).
