St. Patrick's Day
We donned our green shirts and headed to the hills! We had another hike today just for fun. This time we brought a bunch of kids,
and the mommies!
When we got to the hieroglyphs we stopped to hang out and have a little lunch.
The kids did some more exploring,
and found a cave near where we ate our lunch.
We all had a super time!
When we got home the boys in my car wanted a 'boy' party at our house. They all came over and were watching a movie when our neighbor invited us to Golf Land/Sunsplash to go swimming! Of course we all wanted to go! So we swam for a couple of hours, rode the bumper boats, then got home just in time for our annual Irish dinner (it use to be a green dinner, but the kids never liked eating green mashed potatoes so now it's just an Irish dinner-Irish stew, rolls, green jello, cupcakes), then off to Enrichment night to tie quilts for newborns in need. I did one quilt and was exhausted. It was a long and super fun day.
Wednesday after St. Patrick's day Natalia organized a bicycle ride to get donuts.
So we dug out the bicycles and headed down the street. It was quite a sight! How many bicycles does it take to get a neighborhood full of kids to the store?
More than I can count! We have such a fun neighborhood and super neighbors!
