Time for a Spring Garden

We haven't paid much attention to the garden for a month and a few of the carrots got out of control! Dallin and a friend helped me by harvesting the rest of the carrots, beets and spinach. Maura helped for a while, but couldn't get out on her own and was really upset by that.

Saturday morning we spent some time pulling the rest of the weeds out (some were taller than Mookie) and using a rototiller to break up the soil. We weren't able to finish planting, but that will be a good Family Home Evening activity for Monday night.
