GIANT GARDEN
My how things grow when you're not watching them!

When we came back from Wyoming our garden had almost taken over the back yard! We've already picked several zucchini and the carrots won't be long.

The corn is as high as....Dallin's eye and still climbing. Another few weeks and we'll be eating fresh corn on the cob. The peas needed a trellis and the tomatoes needed thinning and some cages to support their branches, but they are all doing well now and I'm so excited to eat fresh veggies!

You know, I think something happens to your taste buds as you get older. When I was younger I wasn't too fond of veggies out of the garden (except peas) they all tasted like dirt. Now I love them and think they taste wonderfully fresh compared to grocery store veggies. Maybe now I just know better?

Bekki,

Do you remember that HUGE garden that we had behind your house in Logan...talk about biting off more than you can chew! Yikes! Your garden looks GREAT! We are still thinking of you guys and you are in our prayer! Love to all!

That is awesome! I'm so jealous. Especially for the corn and peas.

Wow, it's still too cold here to get anything really going. I'll be stopping by for dinner. :)

Hey I was making a playlist for my blog, and I came across this song by Brad Paisley and Dolly Parton, It's called "When I get Where I'm Going" It reminded me of Little Garrett. I just thought I'd let you know. Maybe it could be a song you could put on his blog. Love you all!
