How do YOU recycle?

For Dallin, it's a fine art. He's been driven to it by lazy Sunday afternoons when he has to entertain himself while the rest of us have 'quiet time'.

This is the newest creation: a Gerbil Hotel. He raids the recycle bin, then cuts holes and tapes the boxes together to create a maze for Ginger.


He carefully labels each part of the hotel with it's appropriate name (living room, dining room, bedroom, etc.).



Then he turns Ginger loose inside. She scurrys around and pops her head out once in a while but doesn't often try to escape. She must like it.



Dallin still loves to play with Ginger and she seems to like him too!

The only time I wonder why we have a gerbil is when I find her darting down the hallway in the middle of the day....but that's another story.
