Visit from the Woolfs

The Woolf family came to visit and we had a week of fun. We did something to keep us busy each day.

Monday-a trip to Jackson Hole to see the sights. We started at the visitors center where they have some great displays of wildlife.

The "touch" table was one of the favorites.

Dallin tried feeding the deer.

We found some 'woolfs' in the visitor's center.

Mookie liked the back pack, and I liked that Adam carried her!r!

There was an observation deck where we could look out onto the elk feedgrounds-no elk this time of year-but it was beautiful!

There has been so much rain that the flowers are blooming and the mountains are so green and the rivers are running higher than we have seen them in years! Palisades lake in Alpine is so full you can almost jump off the bridge. It hasn't been that full since I was in High School!

As we were driving up the snake river canyon we were watching how high the river is...amazing! I was shocked to see boats still floating it. It's super high and super dangerous. Usually rafters run the river when it is flowing at about 15 to 17 cubic feet per second. This year it is running at 23 cubic feet per second! Way to high for me!
