Happy Birthday to you...dear Adam!

August 3rd was Adam's birthday. He's finally catching up to me.



We spent his birthday at the Flake ranch in some really nice weather with some fun cousins. We made birthday brownies and had a fun time. I was a little sad that I didn't get to buy him a gift. He told me what he wanted-some motorcycle part that ended in a lot of numbers and letters and I still don't even understand what it is and what it does-so I made him get it for himself (I don't think HE was sad about it).

1. I love his eyes-that's the first thing I noticed about him.
2. I love his "moves" (you should have been at the ward camp out)
3. He is the life of the party.
4. His accents kill me!
5. I love his amazing ability to teach himself things (ASL, computer stuff, motorcycle repair, home repair...)
6. I love when he wrestles and plays with Dallin and is soft with Maura.
7. I love NMN....(if you don't know what that means, you are just out of luck)
8. I love that he is such a hard worker and never complains.
9. I love that he has fun hobbies.
10. I love his motivation to exercise (seriously, 5am is soooo early)
11. I love his willingness to serve others.
12. I love that he is willing to help around the house.
13. I love how protective he is towards our family.
14. I love that he gets along with my family.
15. He is not afraid to laugh at himself.
16. He is good at his job and takes pride in it.
17. I love his fashion sense.
18. I love that he is a good teacher.
19. He does such a wonderful job teaching his Primary class.
20. I love his thick red (and gray) hair.
21. I love his willingness and ability to communicate with me.
22. I love his taste in music (okay, most of it, not ALL of it).
23. I love that he can get dinner for himself if I don't do it.
24. I love that he is easy to please when it comes to food
25. I love that he is sympathetic to my desire for NEW and DIFFERENT foods.
26. I love that he is always up for doing projects around the house.
27. I love that he is a gift-giver.
28. He is always so thoughtful on my birthday and other special occasions.
29. I love how he has learned how to be a good camper and enjoys camping with our family
30. I love how excited he gets about things he loves (motorcycles, guns, music...)
31. I love that he is trying to become a 'reader'.
32. I love the end of the day when we lie in bed an talk.
33. I love that he has a testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
34. I love that he served an honorable mission.
35. I love that he takes me to the temple.
