Funny that I'm posting this after I just said how crazy I get with too many projects... I did this BEFORE the huge meltdown, I just have to record it for posterity.

This is one of the projects I did this week. I actually enjoyed doing it. I fixed a couple of antique lamps my sister gave me.


I was quite proud of myself as I completely took them apart, took out the 'guts', found the parts I needed to fix, put them back together again and they work! I only shocked myself once-while screwing in the light bulb.....duh.

Impressive, I know!

This one was especially hard because I had to figure out the wiring for both of the lights. But, I did it!


So, now I know how to fix a lamp and they will look so cute in Maura's room!
