Mmmmm Raspberry Jam

I love raspberry freezer jam. Seriously, I could eat it right out of the freezer with a spoon.

So, I decided to make some today and was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was!

Well, it would have been quick if I didn't have a little helper.

She was really good at stirring,

and tasting,

and generally making a sticky mess. Luckily I had the foresight to take off her shirt first.


And, thanks to the help, we have 10 containers of yummy raspberry jam.

I think they will last about a week.
