SURPRISE!!

It was two years in the planning...a 60th birthday surprise for Adam's mother, Linda. We bought his parents tickets on a 7 day cruise to the Western Caribbean not telling them that their kids (and spouses) were going to join them.

The day of embarkation arrived and secretly we met up and went together to knock on their door...


Linda thought it was her luggage being delivered and didn't recognize Adam at first. He had to say "Hi, mom" several times before it registered...



Then I think they were both was still in shock for several hours...


It was an awesome surprise!

It was tough keeping it a secret, especially with Linda sending us count-down emails almost weekly hoping that we would call or email and wish them bon voyage. They were a little sad that we didn't care enough to call them or email and tell them we hoped they had a good time...

But, we made up for it!
